More about our magazine and its reports
- New Project News is a monthly, “all news” format construction news magazine.
- Our reports describe new, pending, and proposed Washington State construction projects.
We give our readers a very early look at new projects
- We target and track new construction projects from:
(1) Public records detailing the State Environment Protection Act (SEPA) application and /or the issuance of the results of the state’s mandated Environmental Impact Study (EIS), hopefully a Declaration of Non-Significance, (DNS), or,
(2) A published “intent to develop” newspaper article.
We TRACK PROJECTS Months to Years Prior To THEIR PERMITTING
- We report on new projects at their EIS application stage, which is months to years before permitting.
Most other tracking and plan services track from permitting.
